Потому что русский язык один из самых сложных, а английский один из самых простых, да и кнопку перевода не просто так делал, кому сильно нужно и с китайского переведет при желании.

Eg
1. copy adap.ver, dpu.ver, libdeviced.so, libstd.so, licinece.dat from EOBD folder from activated device folder
2. put in patch folder
3. run the launch activator

If the PATCH folder is not present, it will automatically be created, but there will be only two ADAP.VER and LICENSE.DAT files, all other files can be added directly to the package of stamps or added to the PATCH folder manually.
